Live Baseball for a Change…

The exhibition games kick off in a few minutes and the Orioles take on the Mets in Fort Lauderdale this afternoon to finally start some live baseball. The game will be on MASN, but if you have MLB.tv, there should be a radio feed available; however, there’s no video online.

I think 105.7 should also have a stream of the available online, as well as on the radio.

  • As noted, Brad Hennessey faces off against Sean Green to start out the game. Obviously, he is using this game as audition for a spot in the rotation.
  • One should also expect to see Chris Waters, David Pauley, Brian Bass and Jim Miller on the mound this afternoon.
  • Roch Kubatko has the lineups on his blog, and Aubrey Huff, Brian Roberts, Cesar Izturis, Nick Markakis, Melvin Mora are not in the lineups today. They will be working on an auxuilary field this afternoon. Obviously, today’s lineup is set to see the new guys in camp, and they’ll be jobs for grabs.
  • The Orioles are still working on getting reliever Alfredo Simon into camp.
  • Camden Chat looks at the 37 pitchers invited into camp...
  • The Examiner.com’s Jay Trucker looks at former Oriole Daniel Cabrera who’s now down the road in Washington.
